Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received and another notification when it has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping via USPS. Typical delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location or carrier delays.
Domestic Shipping Only:
We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
Tower Hill Canna is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If your tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist in initiating claims if needed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@towerhillcanna.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Restrictions on Cannabis Products:
Due to state and federal regulations, we do not ship any cannabis products containing THC. Our shippable merchandise includes apparel, accessories, and non-cannabis lifestyle items only.
